During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active pub202 account. pub202 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
pub202 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pub202 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the pub202 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pub202 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
pub202 offers voluntary deposit limit tools as part of its Responsible Gaming commitment. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawals may only be requested from a fully verified pub202 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability. pub202 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
pub202 aims to process all withdrawal requests from verified accounts within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. pub202 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the account must be fully verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes withdrawable; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance; and (d) pub202 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.
Note on Bonus Balances: Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on bonus credits may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific bonus terms.
pub202 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not been fully verified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the account; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending wagers are settled. In such cases, pub202 will notify the player and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pub202 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all pub202 bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the end of the validity period will be removed from the account without notice.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pub202 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded, players with accounts under review, and players who have been identified as bonus abusers are not eligible for promotional offers. Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pub202 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where the bonus was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.

Where a disconnection occurs during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. pub202's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits pub202's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pub202 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the pub202 Privacy Policy.
pub202 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
